U.S. Invests $400M in Palisades Reactor
The federal government is investing $400 million to support construction of two new SMR-300 small modular reactors at the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Covert. The twin Pioneer reactors would produce 600 megawatts of carbon-free power and create hundreds of new local jobs.
